2020年6月に株式会社LIXILの取締役に就任。2014年11月からは同社の取締役 代表執行役専務を務め、現在はチーフ・ピープル・オフィサー（CPO）として、人事、総務、渉外、コーポレート・レスポンシビリティ（企業責任）の推進を含む広範な領域を統括。
