キャリア初期はBank of America Merrill Lynchにて金融ITの経験を積む。
現在はWomen at Zendesk APAC Regional Leaderとして、女性のキャリア継続とリーダーシップ推進にも取り組んでいる。

Currently Head of Customer Experience at Zendesk Japan, overseeing Professional Services, Customer Success, Renewals, and Support.
Previously held leadership roles in consulting and customer delivery across multiple global SaaS companies.
Began career in financial IT at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Also serves as APAC Regional Leader for Women at Zendesk, focusing on advancing women’s career sustainability and leadership visibility.
