シンガポール生まれ。シンガポール国立大学日本学科修士課程を優等学位で卒業。現在東京在住、以前シンガポール、神戸、東京、北京、オランダで活躍。アマゾンおよびアマゾンウェブサービス（AWS）にてチーフカルチャーエバンジェリストを務め、会社のカルチャープログラムとブランディング責務を担う。担当している市場はAPJCであり、英語、中国語、日本語など、5か国語以上話せる。約３０年前に焦点を絞ったキャリアを日本で開始。初期は教育と銀行業務とファッション業界。フリーランスで翻訳とメディアのプロジェクトも多く参加。数々の活動の結果、広告代理店にスカウトされ、複数のグロバルと日本のブランドの広告戦略の担当になった。広告事業でテクノロジー会社のキャンペーンも担当、IoTの未来の無限性を感じた。2017年にアマゾンとAWSに入社、現在の役割を担う。クラウドやDXイノベーションとインクルーションのエバンジェリストとして活躍している。

Born and educated in Singapore, a B.A. and Honors Graduate from the National University of Singapore who majored in Japanese Studies. Currently living in Tokyo with her family, her active career as a global citizen has taken her through roles in Singapore, Kobe, Tokyo, Beijing, and the Netherlands. She is currently the Chief Culture Evangelist at Amazon and Amazon Web Services (AWS), responsible for Culture programs while being the Branding lead. Responsible for APJC scope, she speaks English, Mandarin, Japanese and other Asian languages. Sandra built her career in Japan almost 30 years ago, spanning across Education, Banking and Fashion industries, and through her freelance translation and interpretation work, was involved in many Media and Entertainment projects. She was then invited to join a global Advertising agency, to take care of the branding needs for prominent Global and Japanese players to transform their worldwide marketing strategies. Through her brand and advertising work, she started getting involved in the Technology space, especially in the fascinating world of IoT (Internet of Things) and Cloud Computing. In 2017, she was invited to join Amazon and AWS to start a new function. Sandra is an active Cloud and DX evangelist, regularly taking to the international stage and sharing her perspectives on Amazon’s Culture of Innovation and Inclusion as a Woman in Technology.
